新疆产业结构变动与经济增长的关系研究

摘　　要：产业结构升级与经济的增长紧密相关,因此研究产业结构变动非常重要。本文利用《2020年新疆统计年鉴》中1978—2020年新疆三大产业产值和生产总值数据,先对新疆产业结构变动和经济增长现状进行描述性分析,再运用多元线性回归方法对新疆产业结构变动和经济增长关系进行定量分析。结果表明:(1)在三大产业中,第二产业对经济增长影响最大;(2)从经济增长趋势来看,新疆经济整体呈持续增长趋势,但从新疆经济增长幅度来看,呈现出波动较大和增长速度不稳定等特点。基于此,本文提出积极发展农业现代化、大力发展第二产业和打造特色产业的建议,以供参考。Industrial structure upgrading is closely related to the growth of the economy,so it is very important to study the industrial structure changes.This paper uses the data of output value and gross product of the three major indus-tries in Xinjiang from 1978 to 2020 in the Xinjiang Statistical Yearbook 2020 to first carry out a descriptive analysis of the current situation of industrial structure changes and economic growth in Xinjiang.and then use multiple linear regression method to quantitatively analyze the relationship between industrial stnucture changes and economic growth in Xinjiang.The results show that:1)among the three major industries,the secondary industry has the greatest impact on economic growth;2)from the perspective of economic growth trends,Xinjiang's economy as a whole shows a sustained growth trend,but from the perspective of the economic growth rate of Xinjiang,it presents the characteristics of large fluctuation and unstable growth rate.Based on this,this paper puts forward the suggestions of actively developing agricultural mod-emnization,vigorously developing the secondary industry and creating characteristic industries,for reference.
