摘  要:钢网架结构是大跨度空间钢结构中一种常见的结构形式。由于其具有自重轻、强度高、抗震性能好、施工周期短、节能环保等诸多优点,在工业厂房等建筑工程中得到广泛的应用。大跨度空间钢网架在安装施工过程中受杆件长度及杆件规格尺寸以及施工场地和工程造价的限制,无法采用常规钢结构一样采用大吨位起重机械进行吊装。为此,结合实际工程案例,重点阐述一种采用多个起重机械协同控制的吊装方法,在确保施工安全和工程质量的前提下,成功实现大跨度钢网架的分榀整体吊装+局部高空散拼安装。Steel grid structure is a common form of large-span space steel structure.Because of its light weight,high strength,good seismic performance,short construction period,energy saving and environmental protection and many other advantages,it has been widely used in industrial plants and other building projects.In the process of installation and construction,steel grid frame in large-span space can not be hoisted by large-tonnage lifting machinery like conventional steel structure due to the restrictions of rod length,rod size,construction site and project cost.Therefore,combining with practical engineering cases,this paper focuses on a hoisting method which adopts collaborative control of multiple lifting machines.On the premise of ensuring construction safety and engineering quality,it successfully realized the trusses of large-span steel grid truss as a whole hoisting+partial high-altitude scattered installation.
