摘 要:以提升混凝土灌注桩截桩施工技术为目的,提出高层建筑核心筒大直径灌注桩截桩施工技术。该技术以南山智造(红花岭基地)城市更新项目为试验对象,在施工准备工作完成后,按照流程对核心筒大直径灌注桩截桩进行施工,并通过计算核心筒大直径灌注桩截桩施工后单桩轴力的方式对高层建筑核心筒大直径灌注桩截桩施工质量进行控制。试验结果表明:该技术计算高层建筑核心筒大直径灌注桩单桩轴力精度较高,可有效对其施工质量进行控制。In order to improve the cutting construction technology of concrete cast-in-place pile,the construction technology of large-diameter cast-in-place pile for the core tube of high-rise building is put forward.This technology takes Nanshan Zhizao(Honghualing Base)urban renewal project as the test object.After the completion of construction preparation work,construction of large-diameter cast-in-place pile with core tube is carried out according to the process,and the construction quality of large-diameter cast-in-place pile with core tube is controlled by calculating the axial force of single pile after the construction of large-diameter cast-in-place pile.The experimental results show that this technique has high accuracy in calculating the axial force of single pile of large-diameter cast-in-place pile in the core tube of high-rise building,and can effectively control the construction quality.
