摘 要:将公路桥梁中桩柱式桥墩间的现浇系梁改为预制系梁后,可使桥墩墩柱的施工摆脱系梁现浇的限制,进而缩短桥墩的施工工期。当前对预制系梁施工工艺的研究较少,以绵苍高速公路小碑村大桥墩柱间的预制系梁施工为背景,对预制系梁施工工艺进行系统研究,具体包括预制系梁的加工、运输、安装及相关质量控制等内容。根据研究确定的施工工艺,小碑村大桥顺利完成了预制系梁的施工,并通过误差测量,完成了预制系梁施工质量的验收,验证了施工工艺的有效性。The development of prefabricated structure is an inevitable trend in the construction industry,and the assembly of reinforced concrete bridge bottom structure is also a hot topic in recent years,but there are still few researches on the construction technology of prefabricated tie-beam.With Xiaobeicun Bridge as the engineering background,this paper studies the construction technology of prefabricated tie beam,including the processing,transportation,installation and related quality control of the prefabricated tie beam,and puts forward the relevant construction technology.Thus,it provides an effective reference for the construction of the prefabricated tie beam of Xiaobeicun Bridge.The actual construction shows that the prefabricated tie beam is successfully constructed and installed,and the error reaches the expected target after completion of construction,which verifies the validity of the construction technology in this paper.
