摘　　要：随着人们对生活、工作环境要求的不断提高,以及城市更新工作的推进,已有项目改建日趋增多。本文结合南方某六层砖混办公楼底层改造实践案例,阐述了三种托换方案及对应的关键施工技术,并从设计、施工角度进行了比选,可供其他类似改造工程设计施工项目参考。With the continuous improvement of people’s living and working environment requirements and the advancement of urban renewal,the number of existing project reconstruction is increasing.Based on the practice case of the ground floor reconstruction of a six-story masonry-concrete office building in the southern region,this paper expounds three underpinning schemes and corresponding key construction technologies,and compares them from the perspective of design and construction,which can be used as a reference for other similar reconstruction engineering design and construction projects.
