浅谈历史文化街区的活力复兴之路——以梅州凌风东西路历史文化街区保护规划为例

摘　　要：历史文化街区不仅是城市文化的重要载体,更是宝贵的历史财富,随着城市化发展的进程逐步推进,如何更好地复兴历史文化街区,使其重新富有生机活力成了至关重要的问题。本文以梅州凌风东西路历史文化街区为例,首先阐述了保护规划的背景及原则,然后从用地、交通、绿化等多个角度对该街区的活力复兴之路进行探讨,最后有针对性地提出了相关建议,通过本次研究,以期进一步加强街区的保护力度。Historical and cultural blocks are not only important carriers of urban culture,but also valuable historical wealth.With the gradual advancement of urbanization,how to better revitalize historical and cultural blocks and revitalize these blocks has become a crucial issue.Taking Meizhou Lingfeng East-West Road Historical and Cultural Blocks as an example,this paper first expounds the background and principles of conservation plan,then discusses the revitalization path of these blocks from multiple perspectives such as land use,transportation,and greening,and finally puts forward relevant suggestions to further strengthen the conservation of the blocks through this study.
