浅谈老旧砖混结构房屋检测鉴定的问题和对策

摘　　要：由于房屋建造年代比较久远,导致很多老旧砖混结构房屋在使用时出现诸多问题。为此,针对老旧砖混结构房屋进行科学的检测鉴定十分必要。但是在具体的检测鉴定时,若是采取的检测鉴定方案存在问题,则最终获取的检测鉴定结果不精准,会对老旧砖混结构房屋的使用安全带来影响。为此,本文围绕老旧砖混结构房屋的检测鉴定问题进行了梳理,并给出了相应的防范对策。通过本文的观点论述,希望为优化老旧砖混结构房屋检测鉴定提供经验分享和借鉴。Due to the relatively long age of house construction,many old masonry-concrete structure houses have many problems during use.So it is necessary to carry out scientific testing and identification of old masonry-concrete structure houses.However,in the specific testing and identification,if there is a problem with the detection and identification scheme adopted,the final test and identification results obtained are inaccurate,which will affect the use safety of old masonry-concrete structure houses.To this end,this paper sorts out the testing and identification problems of old masonry-concrete structure houses,and gives corresponding preventive countermeasures.Through the viewpoint discussion in this paper,it is hoped to provide experience sharing and reference for optimizing the testing and identification of old masonry-concrete structure houses.
