摘  要:牛结节性皮肤病是由牛结节性皮肤病病毒引起的一种牛急性、亚急性全身感染的病毒性传染病,在全球多数地区有流行发病史,并呈逐年扩增趋势。牛结节性皮肤病作为一种近几年新传入我国的病毒性传染病,受气候环境因素影响,有明显的季节性,多发于高温潮湿季节。该病传播途径多元化,农产品往来、动物贸易流动、野生动物迁徙、饲料调运、患病牛精液配种等均可导致病毒传播,引发牛出现以皮肤硬状结节为主要特征的临床症状,传染性强,易造成大面积传播,对养牛业产生极大的危害性,严重制约牛产业健康发展。本文整理了牛结节性皮肤病的全球流行史,分析了其流行病学和临床特征,并提出了诊断方法和综合防控措施,以期为预防牛结节性皮肤病发生和建立综合性生物安全防控体系提供参考。Lumpy skin disease is an acute and subacute systemic infection of cattle caused by lumpy skin disease virus.It has a history of epidemic in most regions of the world and is increasing year by year.Lumpy skin disease,as a newly transmitted viral infectious disease in China in recent years,is influenced by climate and environmental factors,has obvious seasonality,and often occurs in hot and humid seasons.The transmission routes of this disease are diverse,including agricultural product exchanges,animal trade flows,wild animal migration,feed transportation and diseased cow semen breeding,which can all lead to the spread of the virus.So that,it can cause clinical symptoms characterized by hard skin nodules in cattle.It is highly contagious and prone to large-scale transmission,posing great harm to the cattle industry and seriously restricting the healthy development of the cattle industry.This paper summarized the global epidemic history of lumpy skin disease,analyzed its epidemiology and clinical characteristics,and proposed diagnostic methods and comprehensive prevention and control measures,so as to provide references for preventing the occurrence of lumpy skin disease and establishing a comprehensive biosafety prevention and control system.
