丁醇和油酸混合物蒸发特性研究

摘  要:通过单液滴蒸发实验研究油酸掺混质量百分比0,10%,20%,30%,40%丁醇条件下在773 K和873 K的环境温度中的蒸发特性及微爆现象对液滴蒸发的影响.结果表明,丁醇浓度及环境温度对液滴蒸发持续时间、蒸发速率及液滴寿命均有一定影响.相同温度下,低浓度丁醇会促进液滴蒸发,高浓度丁醇会抑制液滴蒸发.丁醇浓度从20%增加至30%对液滴蒸发特性的影响最为显著.当丁醇浓度为10%时,混合液滴寿命最短.此外,提高环境温度可以提高液滴的微爆强度.微爆现象出现得越早,持续时间越长,液滴的蒸发速率越高.The evaporation characteristics of oleic acid mixed with 0,10%,20%,30%,40%butanol at 773 K and 873 K and the influence of microburst on droplet evaporation were studied by single droplet evaporation experiment.The results show that butanol concentration and ambient temperature have certain effects on the droplet evaporation duration,evaporation rate and droplet life.At the same temperature,low concentration of butanol will promote droplet evaporation,while high concentration of butanol will inhibit droplet evaporation.When the concentration of butanol increased from 20%to 30%,the evaporation characteristics of droplets were most significantly affected.When the concentration of butanol is 10%,the mixed droplet has the shortest life.In addition,increasing the ambient temperature can improve the microburst strength of droplets.The earlier the microburst occurs and the longer the microburst lasts,the higher the evaporation rate of the droplet.
