摘 要:以煤气化装置为例,一直存在合成气洗涤塔塔盘结垢、压差升高等一系列问题,导致洗涤塔合成气带水、塔盘压差大幅度波动,气化炉被迫降负荷等操作。合成气洗涤塔塔盘压差易上升、波动是制约气化炉长周期、高负荷运行的关键瓶颈问题。通过洗涤塔内部结构不断优化,影响气化炉长周期运行的问题被陆续破解,气化炉因洗涤塔压差高被迫降负荷操作越来越少,气化炉运行周期明显加长。Taking coal gasification unit as an example,there have been a series of problems such as scale buildup and pressure difference increase in syngas scrubber tower,which lead to water in syngas scrubber tower,large fluctuations in tray pressure difference,and forced load reduction of gasifier.The pressure difference of syngas scrubber tray is easy to rise and fluctuate,which is the key bottleneck problem restricting the long period and high load operation of gasifier.Through the continuous optimization of the internal structure of the scrubber,the problems affecting the long-term operation of the gasifier have been solved one after another,and the gasifier is forced to operate less and less load due to the high pressure difference of the scrubber,and the operation period of the gasifier is significantly lengthened.
