摘　　要：吸入粉雾剂指使用微粉化后的固体原料药单独或与载体均匀混合后,以胶囊、泡囊、贮库型等形式,采用特制吸入器具,由患者经口吸入至肺部发挥相应药效的特殊制剂。文章主要从吸入粉雾剂的具体生产流程出发,针对粉雾剂制备过程中各个工序(微粉化、配制、充填、包装)存在的问题及需要注意的事项进行分析论证。Inhaling powder aerosol refers to a special preparation that is inhaled into the lungs by the patient through the mouth,in the form of capsules,vesicles,storage,etc.,after the solid substance after micro-powder is mixed alone or evenly with the carrier.This paper mainly starts from the specific production process of inhaling powder aerosol,and analyzes and demonstrates the existing problems and matters needing attention in each process(micro-pulverization,preparation,filling and packaging)of powder aerosol preparation.
