摘  要:通过不同种子处理、不同基质、不同遮光率的设置,探讨了大别山五针松播种育苗的关键技术环节。发现水选加沙藏分别使种子发芽率、发芽势提高了33%、17.6%。采用50%遮光率的处理比全光苗木保存率提高了63.7%。得出结论:采用黏土、蛭石、河沙、草碳(1∶1∶1∶1)调制土,种子水选后沙藏和高温季半光处理可以取得较好的育苗效果。Explore the key technical aspects of sowing and seedling cultivation of Pinus dabeshanensis through different seed treatments,different substrates,and different shading rates.It was found that water selection and storage increased the germination rate and germination potential of seeds by 33%and 17.6%,respectively.The treatment with a 50%shading rate increased the preservation rate of seedlings by 63.7%compared to full light.The conclusion was drawn that using clay,vermiculite,river sand,and grass carbon(1∶1∶1∶1)to modulate the soil,water selection,sand storage,and high temperature semi light treatment can achieve good seedling cultivation effects.
