摘 要:以磷石膏为原料,采用氯化铵盐浸预处理方法获得磷石膏盐浸液,以该溶液为钙源矿化CO_(2)制备球形球霰石型碳酸钙。首先采用4因素3水平正交试验确定最佳试验条件,再通过XRD、SEM分析探究不同温度下产物的物相与形貌的变化规律,结果表明:不添加任何晶型控制剂,在碳化温度为22℃、氨水加入量为10.00%、搅拌速度为650 r/min、CO_(2)流速为0.3 L/min的条件下,可以得到球形球霰石型碳酸钙。在同一温度下,随着氨水加入量的增加,碳酸钙中球霰石含量升高。Spherical vaterite-based calcium carbonate was prepared by using phosphogypsum as raw material which was subject to pretreatment with ammonium chloride salt leaching process to produce phosphogypsum salt-leaching solution containing calcium to mineralize CO_(2).Firstly,the optimum experimental conditions were determined by performance of orthogonal test on four factors at three dosage levels,and then the changes of phase and morphology of the products at different temperatures were studied by means of XRD and SEM.The results show that spherical vate-ritebased calcium carbonate could be obtained without addition of any crystal control agent at the carbonization tempe-rature of 22℃,ammonia dosage of 10.00%,stirring speed of 650 r/min and CO_(2) flow rate of 0.3 L/min.At the same temperature,with the increase of ammonia dosage,the content of vaterite in calcium carbonate went up.
