摘  要:凝析油分离装置脱乙烷塔系统的腐蚀主要集中在塔顶冷却器后的塔顶回流罐出口管线以及经回流泵加压后返塔、返罐的管线等部位,属于比较典型的低pH酸液形成的坑蚀、沟槽状腐蚀、台地状腐蚀,其腐蚀机理为金属表面各区域FeCO_(3)、Fe_(3)O_(4)、FeS_(2)(少量)等腐蚀产物膜覆盖度不同而形成电偶腐蚀、电化学腐蚀。脱乙烷塔系统的设备及管道应用实践表明,在塔顶系统无缓蚀剂中和作用时,碳钢设备及管道腐蚀严重,其中系统工艺、温度、流速、二氧化碳分压等影响因素为二氧化碳和硫化氢腐蚀的发生及发展提供了环境条件和促进作用。针对该系统的工艺流程及腐蚀环境,文章提出采取更换材质和加注中和型缓蚀剂相结合的解决方案,取得了良好的防腐效果。The corrosion of the deethane tower system of the condensate separation unit is mainly concentrated in the exit pipeline of the top return tank after the top cooler and the pipeline returning to the tower and tank after being pressurized by the return pump.It is a typical pitting corrosion,groove corrosion and platform corrosion formed by acid with low pH.The corrosion mechanism is that the film coverage of corrosion product such as FeCO_(3),Fe_(3)O_(4),FeS_(2)(a small amount)in each area of the metal surface is different,resulting in galvanic corrosion and electrochemical corrosion.The application practice of deethane tower system equipment and pipeline shows that the corrosion of carbon steel equipment and pipeline is serious when there is no corrosion inhibitor neutralization in the tower top system.The influencing factors such as system technology,temperature,flow rate and partial pressure of carbon dioxide provide environmental conditions and promote the occurrence and development of carbon dioxide and hydrogen sulfide corrosion.According to the process flow and corrosion environment of the system,a solution combining meterial change and adding neutral corrosion inhibitor is proposed,and good anti-corrosion effect is obtained.
