摘 要:文章主要分析了液环泵泵轴断裂的原因,通过力学性能、金相组织、断口微观形貌及能谱分析,确定泵轴为低应力高周疲劳断裂,而导致泵轴早期失效的主要原因是泵轴的热处理工艺不符合规范。据此提出了泵轴厂家应确保泵轴生产工艺,泵安装单位应提高安装质量,以此来保证泵的运行安全。This paper mainly analyzes the causes of shaft breakage in liquid ring pumps.Through the analysis of mechanical properties,metallographic structure,fracture microstructure,and energy spectrum,it is determined that the pump shaft is a low-stress,high-cycle fatigue fracture,and the main reason for the early failure of the pump shaft is that the heat treatment process is not in compliance with the standard.Based on this,it is proposed that pump shaft manufacturers should ensure the production process of the pump shaft,and pump installation units should improve the quality of installation to ensure the safe operation of the pump.
