摘　　要：随着石油、化工、医药等工业不断扩大规模,生产过程中大量使用新工艺、新材料和新技术,特别是工艺装置的复杂以及规模化的工艺技术的更新与采用,安全管理一定要跟上。换言之,要发展,同时也要掌握预防事故的管理方法。文章针对化工行业工艺安全存在的问题及其事故预防进行研究,梳理了工艺安全管理及事故预防背景、意义,明确加强工艺安全管理,确保人、物的安全状态,严格管理好事故成因的各个方面,提出工艺设备本质安全、建立完善的安全规章制度、人员技能培训、构建双重预防机制等一系列创新策略。With the continuous expansion of the scale of petroleum,chemical,pharmaceutical and other industries,a large number of new processes,new materials and new technologies are used in the production process,especially the complexity of process equipment and the renewal and adoption of large-scale process technology,safety management must keep up.In other words,we need to develop and at the same time master management methods to prevent accidents.This paper studies the problems existing in process safety and accident prevention in the chemical industry,sorts out the background and signif icance of process safety management and accident prevention,clearly strengthens process safety management,ensures the safety state of people and things,and strictly manages all aspects of the causes of accidents.A series of innovative strategies are put forward,such as the essential safety of process equipment,the establishment of perfect safety rules and regulations,the training of personnel skills,and the construction of double prevention mechanism.
