针刺蝶腭神经节联合节气贴疗法在脾气虚弱型变应性鼻炎患者中的应用效果

摘　　要：目的探讨针刺蝶腭神经节联合节气贴疗法在脾气虚弱型变应性鼻炎患者中的应用效果。方法选取100例脾气虚弱型变应性鼻炎患者,随机分为观察组和对照组,各50例。观察组给予针刺蝶腭神经节联合节气贴治疗,其中每7 d进行1次针刺蝶腭神经节治疗,连续治疗10次;逢节气予穴位贴敷治疗,连续治疗5个节气。对照组给予常规针刺治疗,每7 d治疗1次,连续治疗10次。比较两组患者治疗前后鼻结膜炎生活质量问卷(RQLQ)评分、视觉模拟量表(VAS)评分、28 d内鼻炎症状的发作天数及血清IgE水平,并比较两组患者治疗接受度。结果治疗后,两组患者的RQLQ评分、VAS评分及血清IgE水平均较治疗前降低,28 d内鼻炎症状发作天数均较治疗前减少,且观察组上述指标均优于对照组(均P<0.05)。两组患者治疗总接受度均≥90%,两组患者治疗总接受度差异无统计学意义(P>0.05)。结论采用针刺蝶腭神经节联合节气贴疗法治疗能有效改善脾气虚弱型变应性鼻炎患者的生活质量、鼻部症状,减少鼻炎症状的发作天数,降低血清IgE水平,效果优于常规针刺治疗,且患者接受度高。Objective To explore the application effect of acupuncture in sphenopalatine ganglion combined with Jieqitie therapy in patients with allergic rhinitis in spleen qi deficiency type.Methods A total of 100 patients with allergic rhinitis in spleen qi deficiency type were selected,and they were randomly divided into observation group or control group,with 50 cases in each group.The observation group was treated with acupuncture in sphenopalatine ganglion combined with Jieqitie therapy,therein acupuncture in sphenopalatine ganglion was performed once every 7 days,for a 10-times continuous treatment;in addition,acupoint application therapy was performed every solar term,for a 5-solar term continuous treatment.The control group was treated with routine acupuncture,with once every 7 days,for a 10-times continuous treatment.The pre-and post-treatment Rhinoconjunctivitis Quality of Life Questionnaire(RQLQ)score,Visual Analogue Scale(VAS)score,number of onset days of rhinitis symptoms within 28 days,and serum IgE level,as well as patients′acceptance of treatment were compared between patients of the two groups.Results After treatment,the scores of RQLQ and VAS,and serum IgE level in both groups were decreased as compared with before treatment,and the number of onset days of rhinitis symptoms within 28 days in both groups was reduced as compared with before treatment,the aforementioned indices was superior in the observation group to in the control group(all P<0.05).The patients′acceptance of treatment in both groups was all≥90%,and there was no statistically significant difference in patients′acceptance of treatment between the two groups(P>0.05).Conclusion Employing acupuncture in sphenopalatine ganglion combined with Jieqitie therapy can effectively ameliorate the quality of life and nasal symptoms of patients with allergic rhinitis in spleen qi deficiency type,reduce the number of onset days of rhinitis symptoms,decrease serum IgE level,exerting a superior effect to routine acupuncture therapy,with a high patien
