极早产儿父母参与袋鼠式护理体验的质性研究

摘　　要：目的了解新生儿重症监护室极早产儿父母参与袋鼠式护理(kangaroo mother care,KMC)的真实体验.方法对12名参与袋鼠式护理的父母进行一对一半结构式深度访谈,采用Colaizzi现象学研究法分析访谈资料.结果提炼出5个主题:KMC能缓解父母的负性情绪,使父母获得情感满足,促进父母角色转换,减轻父母亲职压力,极早产儿父母希望对KMC开展的时间和空间进行优化.结论KMC对极早产儿父母情感改善和技能提升均有重要意义,应在临床广泛推广应用.Objective To understand the real experience of parents of extremely premature infants in neonatal intensive care unit(NICU)participating in kangaroo mother care(KMC).Methods Half-structured in-depth interviews were conducted with 12 parents who participated in kangaroo care,and the interview data were analyzed using the Colaizzi phenomenological research method.Results Five themes were extracted:KMC relieving the negative emotions of parents,making parents get emotional satisfaction,promoting the role transformation of parents,reducing the pressure of parents and expectation for optimization in time and space.Conclusion KMC can significantly relieve the negative emotions and promote the parenting skills of parents of extremely premature infants,and should be widely applied in clinical practice.
