摘　　要：随着经济的快速发展,各种行业的规模不断扩大,对能源的需求也在不断地增加,不仅导致我国目前的能源总量持续下降,而且还带来了严重的环境污染问题。新世纪以来,党中央、国务院越来越重视农村能源的建设,提出了农村能源向低碳转变的新方向,为新时期新疆农村能源建设提供了有力的支持,发展低碳农业已成为保护生态文明的重要途径。With the rapid development of economy,the scale of various industries and the demand for energy are also increasing,which not only leads to the continuous decline of the total energy in China,but also brings serious environmental pollution problems.Since the beginning of the new century,the CPC Central Committee and The State Council have paid more and more attention to the construction of rural energy,put forward a new direction to promote the transformation of rural energy to low carbon,providing strong support for the rural energy construction in Xinjiang in the new era,and the development of low-carbon agriculture has become an important way to realize ecological civilization.
