智慧交通中运用智能视频监控技术的研究

摘　　要：在我国科学技术蓬勃发展的背景之下,各行各业都迎来新的机遇和挑战,城市交通也越来越发达,但也逐渐暴露出交通拥堵的问题。基于此,提出智慧交通的概念,以智能化手段对交通管理进行监控变得十分重要。视频监控技术作为智慧交通中的重要技术,对提升智慧交通水平具有很大意义。结合现有文献,立足智能视频监控技术相关概述,对该技术的原理等做出阐述,并论述智能视频监控技术在智慧交通中的应用,希望能为相关人士提供参考。Under the background of the vigorous development of science and technology in our country,all walks of life are ushering in new opportunities and challenges.Urban traffic is also more and more developed,but also gradually exposed a series of problems of traffic congestion,and then puts forward the concept of intelligent traffic,tries to monitor the traffic management by intelligent means.As an important technology in intelligent transportation,video surveillance technology is of great significance to improve the level of intelligent transportation.Based on this,this paper combined with existing literature,based on the overview of intelligent video surveillance technology,and the principle of the technology is elaborated,and discussed the application of intelligent video surveillance technology in intelligent transportation,hoping to provide reference for relevant people.
