摘 要:国家将创新型的电力系统以及双碳目标作为战略部署而大力发展,同时也是公司的重点工作任务,配网转型升级是大势所趋。面对配网转型升级后的功能形态变化趋势、规划方法的变化以及未来该采取何种策略等问题都未能有效解决。配电系统由于大量接入了新型的分布式电源,系统存在极大的不稳定性,在完成接入后,系统在运行时十分复杂,新型系统构建传统规划难以完成。提出上下协同、多场景、概率性配电网规划方案。因此,基于配电网转型升级过程中面临的功能形态变化、规划方式变化等进行前瞻性研究,提出应对策略。The country will vigorously develop innovative power systems and dual carbon goals as strategic deployments,and it is also a key task for the company.The transformation and upgrading of distribution networks is the trend.Faced with the trend of functional changes,changes in planning methods,and future strategies to be adopted after the transformation and upgrading of the distribution network,these issues have not been effectively addressed.Due to the large number of new distributed power sources connected to the distribution system,there is great instability in the system.After the connection is completed,the system is very complex in operation,and traditional planning for the construction of the new system is difficult to complete.Propose a collaborative,multi scenario,and probabilistic distribution network planning plan.This article conducts forward-looking research on the changes in functional forms and planning methods faced during the transformation and upgrading of distribution networks,and proposes corresponding strategies.
