摘　　要：在工程建设中,优质高效的后勤管理体系对保障项目平稳运行起到重要的支撑作用。新时期,项目工程管理形式更加多元,后勤管理工作在工程建设中的作用日益凸显。在新时期背景下,探讨国有建筑企业大型项目后勤管理工作的新策略、新方法,为提高工程项目后勤管理水平提供新的参考。In the project construction,the high-quality and efficient logistics management system plays an important role in supporting the smooth performance of the project.In the new era,the forms of project management are more diversified,the requirements for normalized epidemic prevention and control are more rigorous,and the role of logistics management in project construction is increasingly prominent.Based on the background of the new era,this paper discusses the new strategies and methods of logistics management of large-scale projects in state-owned construction enterprises,and provides new reference for improving the level of logistics management of engineering projects.
