摘　　要：面对临床医学人才高学历、精英化的需求趋势,高职临床专科毕业生必将面向基层、从事以全科医疗服务为主的临床医疗工作。岗位需求的变化使课程教学改革成为必然。文章以OBE理念下高职临床外科学课程改革为例,分析了高职临床课程改革的必要性及面临的问题,并提出了OBE理念下高职临床外科学课程建设思路,以期为高职临床外科学教学改革提供参考和借鉴。In the face of the demand trend of clinical medical talents with high academic qualifications and elitism,the graduates from higher vocational colleges will certainly engage in clinical medical work focusing on general medical services at the grassroots level.The change of post demand makes the curriculum teaching reform inevitable.Taking the reform of clinical surgery course in higher vocational colleges under the concept of OBE as an example,the article analyzes the necessity and problems of the reform of clinical surgery course in higher vocational colleges,and puts forward the idea of the construction of clinical surgery course in higher vocational colleges under the concept of OBE,with a view to providing reference for the teaching reform of clinical surgery in higher vocational colleges.
