摘　　要：根据工程实践以及现有文献,系统地分析和总结空分冷箱存在的风险、风险产生的原因、风险防范措施,涉及范围包括设计、建造(制造、安装)、运行和维修,着重探讨风险原因及其控制,特别是冷箱的本质安全化设计方面的内容。According to From the perspective of engineering practice and existing literature,systematically analyse and summarize the risks of air separation unit cold boxes,the causes of risks,and risk prevention measures.The scope includes design,construction(manufacturing,installation),operation and maintenance.Causes of risks and their control,especially the content of the intrinsically safe design of cold boxes.
