摘　　要：参照国际建筑领域的PAS2050规范和《建设工程计价规则》,采用“自上而上”的计算思路:建筑工程概(预)算文件—生成人材机汇总数量—计算施工主体碳排放量—计算施工管理碳排放量—得到建筑工程总碳排放量,将人工碳排放量和施工管理碳排放量纳入建筑工程碳排放量的计算类目下,简化机械碳排放量的计算过程。在实际应用中适用于各类工程项目,对从业者专业素养要求不高,计算结果导向性强,实现碳排放测算的标准化、规范化、通用化,可为建筑工程的节能减排提供理论参考。Referring to the international construction PAS2050 specification and the"Construction Project Pricing Rules",a"top-up"calculation idea is adopted:construction project estimate(pre)-generate the summary quantity of manpower,materials and machinery-calculate the carbon emission of the construction main body-calculating construction management carbon emissions-obtaining the total carbon emissions of the construction project,simplifying the process of calculating the carbon emissions of machinery by incorporating the carbon emissions of labor and construction management into the calculation of the carbon emissions of the construction project.It applies to all kinds of projects,does not require a high level of professionalism from practitioners,has a strong orientation to the calculation results,standardizes and generalizes the carbon emission measurement,and can provide a theoretical reference for energy saving and emission reduction in construction projects.
