摘　　要：为探究建筑工人安全教育效果影响因素之间的相互作用机理,基于文献研究和实地调研,初识29项影响建筑工人安全教育效果的因素。采用探索性因子分析对影响因素进行筛选,保留26项影响因素,归为6个维度。再通过解释结构模型(ISM)方法,构建建筑工人安全教育效果影响因素解释结构模型,进行结构关系分析。结果表明,建筑工人安全教育效果影响因素可分为表层、中层、深层和底层4个层次,其中政策制定、监管力度、企业规模、项目规模、年龄、文化程度、性别和工种,是影响建筑工人安全教育效果的底层根本因素。同时,相较于其他维度因素,安全管理相关因素维度是建筑工人安全教育效果影响因素中最主要的因素组。In order to explore the interaction mechanism between the factors affecting the effect of safety education for construction workers,29 influencing factors were extracted through literature research and field investigation.Exploratory Factor Analysis was used to screen the influencing factors,and 26 influencing factors were retained and classified into six dimensions.Then,through the interpretative structural model(ISM)method,the interpretative structural model of factors affecting the effect of safety education for construction workers was constructed,and the structural relationship was analyzed.The results show that the influencing factors of construction workers'safety education effect can be divided into four levels:surface level,middle level,deep level,and bottom level.Among them,policy formulation,supervision,enterprise scale,project scale,age,education level,gender,and type of work are the basic factors affecting the effect of construction workers'safety education.At the same time,compared with other dimensional factors,the dimension of safety management-related factors is the most important factor group in the influencing factors of the effect of safety education for construction workers.
