西藏红色文化助力大学生铸牢中华民族共同体意识的逻辑、挑战和路向

摘　　要：西藏红色文化蕴含着坚定理想信念、维护国家统一、坚持人民至上和促进民族团结的价值理念,是民族元素与地域元素相结合的产物。西藏红色文化与西藏大学生铸牢中华民族共同体意识具有内在的耦合性,能够增强大学生文化认同,帮助大学生形成具有共同性的价值追求。在具体实践中,运用西藏红色文化助力西藏大学生铸牢中华民族共同体意识面临诸多挑战,如族际张力和外部思潮的影响、教育教学理论与实践的分化、方法选择及运用存在不确定性和单一性等。要化解这些问题,必须有效整合西藏红色文化资源,通过搭建红色教学基地,建立红色文化心理育人机制,创建和规范红色文化教学体系,营造红色文化氛围,切实将铸牢中华民族共同体意识工作落实、落细、落地。The Tibetan red culture is an important part of the advanced socialist culture,which contains the values of firm ideals and beliefs,maintaining national unity,adhering to the people first and promoting national unity,and is the product of the combination of national elements and regional elements.The Tibetan red culture and the sense of community for Chinese nation are internally coupled,which can enhance the cultural identity of students in the universities,and thus help college students to form a common value pursuit.However,in concrete practice,the use of Tibetan red culture to forge the sense of community for Chinese nation faces many challenges,such as the influence of ethnic tension and the external trend of thought,the phenomenon of theoretical and practical differentiation in education and teaching,and the uncertainty and simplicity of method selection and application.To this,targeted to resolve these problems and challenges,must effectively integrate Tibet red culture resources,through the red teaching base,establish red culture psychological education mechanism,create and standardize the red culture teaching system,build red culture atmosphere,practical will forge the sense of community for Chinese nation,the ground and fall fine.
