摘 要:小型固定式发射台作为重要的地面设备,在每次火箭发射后需开展不同程度的检修维护工作。在火箭高密度发射的新形势下,传统的检修方式由于周期长已无法满足火箭系统对其保障性的要求。为此,通过改进设计、优化流程等方式,极大地缩短发射台检修时间。在不降低设备可靠性前提下,提高发射台的保障性和维修性,发射台快速检修技术已投入使用,经历了多次发射任务的检验,可以满足高密度发射需求。As an important ground equipment,small fixed launch pad needs to carry out different levels of maintenance after each rocket launch.Under the new situation of rocket high density launch,the traditional maintenance method has gradually been unable to meet the requirements of rocket system for its protection due to the long cycle.Therefore,through theoretical calculation,finite element simulation and process analysis,the technical status of the product is improved,the working process is optimized,and the onsite maintenance time of the launch pad is greatly shortened.On the premise of not reducing the reliability of the equipment,the supportability and maintainability of the launch pad are improved.The rapid maintenance technology of launch pad introduced in this paper has been put into use,which has experienced many launch tasks and can meet the requirements of high density launch.
