摘　　要：长征二号丙型号队伍为了保证在技术状态新、任务周期极短的超常形势下圆满完成任务,通过管理与技术两方面创新,缜密策划、精细化安排资源,组织前后方充分联动,使生产及发射任务紧中有序。2022年,长征二号丙型号圆满完成6次发射任务,史无前例地在80天内三地并行完成3次发射任务。针对多专业协同论证,生产单位并行联动,资源合理调配的管理模式实践进行了总结及展望。The Long March 2C team aims to ensure the successful completion of tasks in the extraordinary situation of new technical status and extremely short mission cycles.Through innovation in both management and technology,careful planning,meticulous resource arrangement,and full linkage between the front and rear sides of the organization,the production and launch tasks are tightly organized.In 2022,the Long March 2C successfully completed six launch missions,an unprecedented three parallel launches in 80 days.The practice of the management model of multidisciplinary collaborative demonstration,parallel linkage of production units,and rational allocation of resources are summarized and looks forward.
