摘　　要：长征二号丙运载火箭某发任务在射前15min,一子级氧化剂安溢活门发生四氧化二氮气体/液体溢出,紧急终止发射。为保证圆满完成任务,型号团队通过系统策划、缜密工作,用不到1个月的时间,在发射场完成一子级的整体更换,重新启动发射流程并圆满完成任务。从技术、质量、流程管理方面,对更换一子级并再次组织发射的应急工作新模式实践进行了综合性探讨与展望。During a mission of the Long March 2C carrier rocket 15 minutes before launch,nitrogen tetroxide gas/liquid overflows from the primary oxidant safety overflow valve,and the launch is urgently terminated.To ensure the successful completion of the takes,the team through systematic planning and meticulous work,for the first time in China's aerospace history,it takes less than a month to complete the overall replacement of a sub stage at the launch site,restart the launch process,and successfully complete the mission.This article comprehensively discusses and prospects the practice of a new emergency work mode of replacing a sub level and re organizing the launch from the aspects of technology,quality,and process management.
