摘　　要：本文以西北大学图书馆为例,通过对馆员队伍建设的基本情况、专业结构、科研情况等数据进行分析,揭示了该地区高校图书馆馆员队伍建设中存在的问题,并在分析其成因的基础上,提出优化馆员结构、调整组织机构,提升管理水平、激活发展动力,重视学术研究、加强专业化培养等人才队伍建设策略。Taking Northwestern University Library as an example,this paper analyzes the basic situation,professional structure,scientific research situation of librarian team construction,reveals the existing problems in university library constructing librarian team of this region.On the basis of analyzing the causes,this paper puts forward some strategies to optimize the librarian structure,adjust the organization,improve the management level,activate the development motivation,attach importance to academic research,and strengthen professional training.
