摘  要:采用二苯碳酰二肼分光光度法测定海水中六价铬,通过标准曲线、定量限、准确度、精密度和加标回收率等试验,比较不同酸体系对试验结果的影响。结果表明,采用硫酸和磷酸、硫酸磷酸混合酸、硫酸、硝酸体系,均能较好地满足试验要求,准确度高,重现性好,适用于海水中六价铬测定,值得推广使用。Hexavent chromium in seawater was determined by diphenylcarbamide dihydrazine spectrophotometry.The influence of different acid systems on the test results was compared by standard curve,limit of quantitation,accuracy,precision and recovery rate.Considering the test results comprehensively,the use of sulfuric acid and phosphoric acid,sulfuric acid phosphoric acid mixed acid,sulfuric acid,nitric acid system group can meet the test requirements well,with high accuracy and good reproducibility,worthy of popularization and use.
