摘 要:对斑点叉尾[鱼回]开展饥饿和复投喂试验,为期42天。设置对照组(CG)、饥饿复投喂组(EG),CG组持续投喂,EG组前21 d不投喂,后21 d按CG组前21 d投喂量投喂。结果表明,EG组投喂21 d后,斑点叉尾[鱼回]的体质量、体长显著增加,与CG组正常投喂21 d的体质量、体长无显著差异。EG组前21 d肥满度和肝体比显著下降,后21 d恢复。EG组28 d的饵料转化率和质量增加率显著高于CG组28 d。EG组过氧化氢酶仅在42 d时显著低于CG组,其余时间点均与对照组没有显著差异;超氧化物歧化酶在EG组14 d时显著高于对照组,在EG组21 d后与CG组21 d后没有显著差异;谷胱甘肽过氧化物酶活性在EG组42 d中始终显著高于CG组42 d。EG组42 d蛋白酶活性均显著低于CG组42 d;淀粉酶活性在EG组42 d中均显著高于CG组42 d;而脂肪酶活性在EG组42 d中与CG组42 d没有显著差异。The fasting and re-feeding experiments were carried out on the occurrence of channel catfish,and the control group(CG)and the fasting and re-feeding group(EG)were set up for 42 days.Feed according to the feeding amount for the first 21 days of the CG group.The results showed that during the 21-day refeeding period,the body mass and length significantly increased.After fasting,the condition factor and hepatosomatic index significantly decreased and recovered after refeeding.During the first week of refeeding(EG-28 d),the feed conversion ratio and weight gain rate were significantly higher than the control group.Liver enzyme analysis showed that catalase was significantly lower than the control group only at 42 days,and there were no significant differences at other time points.Superoxide dismutase was significantly higher than the control group at 14 days of fasting and showed no significant difference compared to the control group after refeeding.Glutathione peroxidase activity remained significantly higher than the control group throughout the fasting and refeeding periods.Protease activity at all stages of fasting and refeeding was significantly lower than that of the control group,while amylase activity was significantly higher during both fasting and refeeding stages compared to the control group.However,lipase activity showed no significant difference between the fasting,refeeding stages,and the control group.This study provides a foundation for understanding the compensatory growth performance and physiological response mechanisms of mottled eels under fasting stress and after stress relief.
