中药余甘子对猪腹泻病原菌体外抑制作用的研究

摘　　要：猪腹泻病一般由病毒和细菌混合感染引起,严重影响生猪健康,目前主要采用大剂量抗生素来进行治疗,但易产生副作用。寻找中药来替代抗生素治疗猪腹泻病,是生猪养殖业发展的大方向和迫切需求。研究将中药余甘子、诃子用中性去离子水索氏提取4~6h,螃蟹甲、多刺绿绒蒿用无水乙醇索氏提取6h,蒸干溶剂,收率分别为10.5%、10%、11%和10%。将余甘子、诃子用水稀释,螃蟹甲、多刺绿绒蒿用5%吐温80水溶液稀释得到试验用药物贮存液,采用试管法测定余甘子及它与其他中药的组合对猪腹泻病原菌(大肠杆菌,猪霍乱沙门氏菌,以及这2种细菌混合菌)的最低抑菌浓度,结果显示:余甘子对猪腹泻病原菌有较强的抑菌作用。诃子、螃蟹甲、多刺绿绒蒿与余甘子的多种药物组合也有较强的抑菌作用,多数能协同余甘子抑制猪腹泻常见病原菌。Pig diarrhea is generally caused by mixed infection of virus,bacteria,and itself,which seriously affects the health of pigs.At present,large doses of antibiotics are mainly used to treat sick pigs,but it is easy to produce side effects.It is the general direction and urgent demand for the development of the pig breeding industry to find traditional Chinese medicine to treat pig diarrhea.In this study,Phyllanthus emblica and terminalia chebula were Soxhlet extracted with neutral deionized water for 4-6 hours,while Phlomis younghusbandii and Meconopsis horridula were Soxhlet extracted with absolute ethanol for 6 hours,and the solvent was evaporated to dryness.The yields were 10.5%,10%,11%and 10%,respectively.Phyllanthus emblica and terminalia chebula were diluted with water,while Phlomis younghusbandi i and Meconopsis horridula were diluted with 5%Tween 80 aqueous solution to obtain the drug storage solution.The minimal inhibitory concentration of Phyllanthus emblica and its combination with other traditional Chinese medicines against the pathogens of swine diarrhea(Escherichia coli,Salmonella choleraesuis and their mixed bacteria)were determined by test tube method.The results showed that Phyllanthus emblica had a strong inhibitory effect on the pathogens of swine diarrhea.The combination of terminalia chebula,Phlomis younghusbandii,Meconopsis horridula and Phyllanthus emblica also has strong antibacterial effect,and most of them can cooperate with Phyllanthus emblica to inhibit common bacteria of pig diarrhea.The results provide reyerences for the prevention and treatment of pig diarrhea with traditional Chinese medicine.
