摘 要:采用新型纳米隔热气凝胶毡、气凝胶板在5000t/d水泥生产线三次风管区域进行示范应用。通过总结气凝胶纳米隔热材料的制备及性能,对比使用气凝胶材料前后水泥窑三次风管设备表面温度变化,以及气凝胶材料与普通隔热材料在施工方案、隔热层厚度、隔热性能方面的差异,阐明了气凝胶纳米隔热材料在更薄铺设条件下,能够展现出更优的隔热性能,可有效降低水泥窑设备壳体表面温度及散热量,为水泥行业节能降耗提供了新的路径。A new type of nano-insulated aerogel felt and aerogel plate were used for demonstration application in the area of secondary air duct of 5000 t/d cement production line.By summarizing the preparation and performance of aerogel nano-insulation materials,comparing the surface temperature changes of the cement kiln three air pipe equipment before and after using aerogel materials,and the differences between aerogel materials and ordinary thermal insulation materials in terms of construction scheme,thickness of thermal insulation layer and thermal insulation performance,it is clarified that aerogel nano-insulation materials can show better thermal insulation performance under thinner laying conditions.It can effectively reduce the surface temperature and heat dissipation of cement kiln equipment,and provide a new path for energy saving and consumption reduction in cement industry.
