摘 要:随着新能源装机容量的增长,由于海南电网的特殊性,对于分布式能源供热机组,还需承担调峰任务。为了掌握调峰模式下供热机组运行特点及其协同关系,实现热电解耦,对补燃余热锅炉联合循环方案进行了研究。根据机组特性,给出无补燃方案的热电耦合关系以及机组负荷调节范围。通过分析余热锅炉补燃的基本原理及特点,给出补燃量与机组负荷率及供热负荷之间的关系和基于补燃的机组负荷调节范围,对比补燃对机组效率及排放的影响,分析余热锅炉补燃在调峰模式下的供热协同和运行控制策略,优化机组设计方案。最后通过对两种方案经济性对比和敏感性分析,确定基于补燃的机组设计方案的合理性,提升项目经济效益和抵御风险的能力。Due to the nature of Hainan's power grid,with the growth of new energy,for distributed energy heating units,also need to undertake the task of grid peaking.In order to grasp the operating characteristics of heating units and their synergistic relationship in peaking mode and realize thermal decoupling,the combined cycle scheme of HRSG with supplementary firing was studied.According to the characteristics of the units,the thermoelectric coupling relationship and the load regulation range of the units were given without supplementary firing.Based on the basic principle and characteristics of HRSG with supplementary firing,the relationship between the amount of supplementary firing fuel and the unit load rate and heating load was given.The range of unit load regulation based on supplemental combustion was given.The effects of supplementary firing on units efficiency and emission were compared.The heat supply synergy and operation control strategy of HRSG supplementary firing in peaking mode was analyzed,then optimized the unit design scheme.Finally,through the economic comparision and sensitivity analysis of the two options,the rationality of the unit design scheme based on supplementary combustion was comfirmed,and the economic efficiency and risk-resistance of the project were improved.
