摘　　要：采用日本岛精APEX3设计系统,通过制作荷叶组织的线圈结构图和编织意匠图,设计荷叶组织的编织工艺,在SES122-S型电脑横机上完成荷叶组织结构的编织,并提出设计的技术要点。将荷叶组织应用到针织服装产品设计中,增加产品附加值,体现荷叶组织在产品细节设计中的重要性。希望文章能够为进一步的电脑花样组织结构开发和产品设计提供帮助和参考。The weaving process of lotus leaf tissue was designed by making coil structure diagram and weaving schematic diagram of lotus leaf tissue with the Japanese Shimaki APEX3 design system.The weaving process of lotus leaf tissue structure was completed on the SES122-S computer flat knitting machine,and the technical points of the design were put forward.Lotus leaf tissue was applied to the design of knitwear products to increase the added value of products and reflect the importance of lotus leaf tissue in product detail design.It is hoped that this paper can provide help and reference for the further development of computer pattern organization structure and product design personnel.
