摘 要:随着计算机技术的快速发展,基于三维仿真技术的纬编针织物的仿真结果相比二维仿真更加接近实际织物,但是由于织物组织的多样性和处理数据的庞大,仿真的效果不够理想,复杂织物的仿真速度与真实度模拟有待加强。在分析国内外学者对仿真技术的研究中,从纱线和线圈结构两个方面阐述了纬编针织物的三维仿真历程,分析了三维仿真技术存在的主要问题和发展趋势。认为该仿真技术会朝着织物材料与组织多元化、适应织物品种多元化、仿真技术多元化和应用范围多元化等4个方向发展。With the rapid development of computer technology,the simulation results of weft knitted fabrics based on 3D simulation technology are closer to the actual fabrics than 2D simulation.However,due to the diversity of fabric organization and the huge processing data,the simulation effect is not ideal,and the simulation speed and reality of complex fabrics need to be strengthened.Based on the analysis of the research of simulation technology by domestic and foreign scholars,this paper expounds the 3D simulation process of weft knitted fabrics from two aspects of yarn and coil structure,and analyzes the main problems and development trend of 3D simulation technology.It is believed that the simulation technology will develop in four directions,which are the diversification of fabric materials and organization,the diversification of fabric varieties,the diversification of simulation technology and the diversification of application range.
