习近平高等教育观与浙江实践若干思考

摘　　要：习近平高等教育观是习近平治国理政思想不可缺少的构成部分,是马克思主义基本原理同中国高等教育实践发展相结合的最新成果。深入学习、深刻领悟、贯彻落实习近平高等教育观,对新时代推动高等教育快速发展、实现“高等教育强国梦”具有重要的意义。本文通过认真梳理分析习近平主政浙江期间对浙江省高等教育工作作出的重要论述,以及习近平治国理政后对我国高等教育事业提出的一系列新理念、新思想和新观点,重点围绕坚持党的领导、坚持立德树人、坚持内涵式发展、坚持深化改革等4个方面作了粗浅的研究。Xi Jinping's higher education view is an indispensable part of Xi Jinping's thought of governing the country,and is the latest achievement of combining the basic principles of Marxism with the practice and development of China's higher education.In-depth study,deep understanding and implementation of Xi Jinping's higher education view are of great significance to promote the rapid development of higher education in the new era and realize the dream of building a powerful country with higher education.This paper carefully combs and analyzes the important discourses made by Xi Jinping on higher education work in Zhejiang Province during his reign in Zhejiang,and a series of new ideas,new thoughts and new viewpoints that Xi Jinping put forward for the higher education cause in China after his governance of the country.Focusing on the four aspects of upholding the leadership of the party,insisting on moral cultivation,adhering to the connotative development and insisting on deepening reform,a superficial study was done.
