摘 要:依托广东江罗高速公路,基于高速公路常见病害,引入了弹黏性地基长期变形预测模型,设计了一套DCG地基加固技术,并就加固效果进行分析。结果显示在陡峭山区,软土地基的高速公路在长期车辆动荷载和自然环境的劣化下,如不采取提前防治,将使沉降在5~10年内不断累积,造成路边沉降、开裂等病害,严重影响行车安全;而DCG注浆技术可以提高将化学浆液灌入地层内部后快速的胶凝固化。钻孔取芯结果和理论分析显示:路基采用DCG技术加固后,提高了土体的力学性能、密实度和均质性,使2年内土体沉降速率降低91%,预计沉降量降低87%,5年期沉降可控制在20mm左右,有效提高了路基填筑土层的整体稳定性。Based on the common diseases of existing highways,inthis paper,the prediction model of long-term deformation of elastic-viscous foundationhas beenintroduced,a set of DCG foundation reinforcement technologyhas been designedwith the reinforcement effect being analyzed.The results have shown that in steep mountainous areas,highways with soft soil foundation accumulates settlement in 5-10 years without taking early prevention and control under long-term vehicle dynamic load and deterioration of natural environment,which can cause diseases such as roadside settlement and cracking,and seriously affect driving safety.DCG grouting technology can improve the fast cementing and curing of chemical slurry after it has been injected into the formation.The results of drilling and coring and theoretical analysis have shownthat after DCG technology is used to reinforce the subgrade,the mechanical properties,compactness and homogeneity of the soil mass are improved,the settlement rate of the soil mass is reduced by 91%in 2 years,the expected settlement is reduced by 87%,and the 5-year settlement can be controlled at about 20mm,which effectively improves the overall stability of the filling soil layer of the subgrade.
