摘 要:为评价纳米二氧化硅对生物油改性沥青性能的影响,采用动态剪切流变仪,通过温度扫描、线性振幅扫描以及多重应力蠕变恢复试验分析了老化沥青、生物油改性沥青以及亲疏水基纳米二氧化硅/生物油复合改性沥青的流变性能。结果表明:亲水基与疏水基纳米二氧化硅分别在掺量为5%与10%时存在最佳相容性,生物油改善了亲水基纳米二氧化硅在沥青中界面作用。疏水基纳米二氧化硅生物油改性沥青高温抗永久变形能力优于亲水基纳米二氧化硅生物油改性沥青。在2.5%与5%两种应变下,两种纳米二氧化硅推荐掺量均为10%。纳米二氧化硅可改善生物油改性沥青弹性恢复性能,进而提高沥青的抗变形能力。In order to evaluate the influence of nano-silica on the properties of bio oil modified asphalt,the rheological properties of aging asphalt,bio oil asphalt and hydrophilic and hydrophobic nano-silica/bio oil composite modified asphalt have been analyzed by using dynamic shear rheometer through temperature scanning,linear amplitude scanning and multiple stress creep recovery tests.The results have shown that the hydrophilic and hydrophobic nano-silica have the best compatibility when the content is 5%and 10%respectively,and bio oil improves the interface effect of hydrophilic nano-silica in asphalt.The high temperature permanent deformation resistance of hydrophobic nano-silica bio oil modified asphalt is better than that of hydrophilic nano-silica bio oil modified asphalt.In the case of high strength pavement,the optimum content of the two nano-silica is 10%;while in low strength pavement,the optimum content of hydrophobic and hydrophilic nano-silica composite modified asphalt is 10%and 5%respectively.Nano-silica can improve the elastic recovery property of bio oil asphalt,and then improve the anti deformation ability of asphalt.
