摘 要:纳米粒子的加入可提升生物柴油的整体性能。采用挂滴式液滴法,在673、773、873 K环境温度下,用碳纳米管和纳米氧化铝,混合纳米粒子添加浓度为50、100、250、500 mg/L时对棕榈酸甲酯(MP)蒸发特性的影响。结果发现:在673 K的温度下只有100 mg/L浓度配比的纳米添加剂促进混合液滴加速蒸发,在773 K的温度下所有浓度配比的纳米添加剂都提高了液滴蒸发速率,但250 mg/L的纳米添加剂使得液滴最快蒸发结束;在873 K的环境温度下4种不同配比的纳米添加剂都促进了液滴蒸发,但在对比蒸发时间时发现,100 mg/L的浓度配比是蒸发最快的。可见,不同温度下促进蒸发的纳米粒子的临界浓度阈值呈动态变化。Nanoparticle incorporation enhances the overall performance of biodiesel.The effect of mixed nanoparticle additions at concentrations of 50,100,250 and 500 mg/L on the evaporation characteristics of methyl palmitate(MP)at ambient temperatures of 673,773 and 873 K with carbon nanotubes and alumina nanoparticles was investigated by using the hanging drop droplet method.It was found that:at 673 K only the 100 mg/L concentration ratios of nanoadditives promoted accelerated evaporation of the mixed droplets,at 773 K all concentration ratios of nanoadditives increased the evaporation rate of the droplets,but the 250 mg/L nanoadditives caused the droplets to evaporate the fastest at the end;at 873 K ambient temperature all four different ratios of nanoadditives promoted evaporation of the droplets However,when comparing the evaporation time,it was found that the 100 mg/L concentration was the fastest evaporation.It can be seen that the critical concentration threshold of nanoparticles that promote evaporation at different temperatures varies dynamically.
