摘  要:井下电加热技术可提升高黏度、高凝固点、高含蜡稠油开采加热效率,降低能耗与碳排放,也可用于国内中低熟度页岩油原位转化、煤炭地下干馏和富油煤等资源开采先导试验,是非常规油气资源清洁开发的技术利器。从电加热器(矿物绝缘加热电缆)发展历程出发,对现有的电加热工艺流程及关键技术进行了分析,总结了电加热技术的特点和发展趋势,并针对现场应用,提出了运用连续管替代短节油管,以简化电加热器下井工艺的建议,以期为相关行业研究人员提供参考。Downhole electric heating technology can improve the heating efficiency of heavy oil production with high viscosity,high freezing point and high wax content,reduce energy consumption and carbon emissions,it can also be used for the pilot test of domestic medium and low maturity shale oil in situ conversion,coal underground distillation,oil-rich coal and other resources exploitation,it is a technical tool for clean development of unconventional oil and gas resources.Based on the development of mineral insulated heating cable,the existing electric heating process and key technologies are analyzed,the characteristics and development trend of electric heating technology are summarized.It proposed that the electric heater downhole process is simplified by using coiled tubing instead of short section oil pipes for on-site applications to provide reference for researchers in relevant industries.
