摘 要:为了解决厚规格正火轧制Q355NE钢板生产中出现的冲击性能不合格问题,采用5种不同轧制工艺进行了75 mm厚规格钢板的轧制,并对轧制的钢板进行了拉伸性能试验、冲击性能试验以及金相组织观察。结果显示,终轧温度和中间坯厚度对厚规格正火轧制Q355NE钢板的低温韧性影响较大;过高的冷却速度和过低的返红温度均有可能导致钢板出现混晶或者魏氏体组织,造成钢板低温冲击性能不合格。研究表明,终轧温度为790~800℃、中间坯厚度1.6t(t为钢板厚度)时,可获得良好冲击性能的厚规格正火轧制Q355NE钢板。In order to solve the problem of unqualified impact properties in thick normalized rolling Q355NE steel plate production,75 mm thick steel plate was rolled by 5 different processes,and the tensile property test,impact property test and metallography microstructure observation were carried out.The results show that the finishing rolling temperature and the intermediate billet thickness have great influence on the low temperature toughness of thick normalized rolling Q355NE steel plate.Too high cooling speed and too low red returning temperature may lead to mixed crystal or Widmanstatten structure of the steel plate,resulting in unqualified low temperature impact properties of the steel plate.The research indicates that thick normalized rolling Q355NE steel plate with good impact performance can be obtained when the finishing rolling temperature is 790~800℃and the thickness of the intermediate blank is 1.6t.
