摘  要:为了验证超声相控阵自动检测技术在螺旋焊管焊缝检测中的可靠性,采用WUT-2438型超声相控阵自动检测系统对螺旋焊管进行探伤检测。结果表明,对探头和楔块进行参数设置,采用一、二次扫描声线仿真模拟,超声波声束能实现整个焊缝区域的全部覆盖。采用X射线检测及超声相控阵自动检测两种方式对带有缺陷的样管进行测试对比,超声相控阵自动检测不仅检测灵敏度较高,而且检出效果更好。同时为进一步证实超声相控阵自动检测系统的可靠性,先后对不同壁厚的样管进行检测,在探伤速度为10 m/min时,样管人工缺陷能全部检出,使缺陷检出率及重复性得到有效验证。In order to verify the reliability of ultrasonic phased array automatic detection technology in SAWH pipe weld inspection,WUT-2438 ultrasonic phased array automatic detection system was used for flaw detection of SAWH pipe.The results indicate that by setting the parameters of the probe and wedge,and using one or two scanning sound ray simulations,it can be confirmed that the ultrasonic beam can achieve full coverage of the entire weld area.By comparing the X⁃ray detection and ultrasonic phased array automatic testing methods for sample tubes with defects,the ultrasonic phased array automatic testing not only has high detection sensitivity but also good detection effect.At the same time,samples with different wall thicknesses were tested successively to further confirm the reliability of the ultrasonic phased array automatic detection system.At a detection speed of 10 m/min,all artificial defects in the sample tubes could be detected,effectively verifying the defect detection rate and repeatability.
