摘　　要：钙是植物生长发育必需的营养元素,也是细胞信号转导的第二信使。其不仅可以满足植物正常生长发育需求,还可以调控植物代谢。钙可以通过稳定细胞壁和细胞膜、提高离子吸收、参与信号转导等方式直接参与植物抗寒、抗热、抗旱、抗重金属毒害和抗盐胁迫等。但是,每种植物对钙的敏感程度不同,缺钙会影响植物的正常生长,适宜浓度的钙能促进植物生长,而钙浓度过高会对植物形成胁迫,抑制植物的生长发育、降低作物的产量。因此,保持植物体内钙离子含量的平衡对植物的正常生长发育具有重要意义。对钙离子对药用植物生长发育、生理生化特性和次生代谢产物积累影响的研究进行总结,探究药用植物与钙离子之间的关系,为药用植物资源开发提供参考。Calcium is an essential nutrient element for plant growth and development,as well as the second messenger of cell signal transduction.It not only satisfies the normal growth and development of plants but also serves as an important regulator of plant metabolism.Calcium can directly participate in plant stress resistance such as cold,heat,drought,heavy metal toxicity,and salt stress by stabilizing cell walls and membranes,improving ion absorption,and participating in signal transduction.However,each plant has different levels of sensitivity to calcium,which can affect its normal growth in the event of calcium deficiency.An appropriate concentration of calcium can promote plant growth,while excessive calcium concentration can create stress on plants,inhibit their growth and development,and reduce crop yield.Therefore,maintaining a balance of calcium ion content in plants is of great significance for their normal growth and development.This article summarizes the research overview of the effects of calcium ions on the growth and development,physiological and biochemical characteristics,and secondary metabolite accumulation of medicinal plants,explores the relationship between medicinal plants and calcium ions,and provides a reference for the development of medicinal plant resources.
