气相色谱法对一次性医疗用品中环氧乙烷残留量检测研究

摘　　要：一次性医疗用品经过环氧乙烷灭菌后,按照规定将样品置于EO解析库进行室温自然解析,解析后的样品需按照标准方法检测分析其环氧乙烷残留量。采用气相色谱法对其环氧乙烷残留量进行检测,并对线性围、精密度、基线噪声与基线漂移、检测线、准确度五个方面进行验证。实验结果表明,线性度良好,解析后的产品环氧乙烷残留量结果符合GB 15980一次性使用医疗用品中环氧乙烷残留量小于等于10μg/g的卫生标准。该方法可以为一次性医疗用品中的环氧乙烷残留量检测提供一定的借鉴。After sterilization with the ethylene oxide,the samples of disposable medical supplies shall be placed in the EO analytical library for natural analysis at the ambient temperature according to the specified requirements.The analytical products shall be detected and analyzed according to the standard method for the residual ethylene oxide.In this paper,the residual amount of ethylene oxide was detected by gas chromatography,and the linear circumference,precision,baseline noise and baseline drift,detection line and accuracy were verified.The experimental results showed that the linearity was good,and the analytical results of the residual ethylene oxide of the product met the health standard of the residual ethylene oxide of GB15980 disposable medical products≤10μg/g.This method provides some references for the determination of ethylene oxide residue in disposable medical products.
