摘  要:研究不同光照条件(16 h光照+8 h黑暗、12 h光照+12 h黑暗、全黑暗)对黄芩种子表型、生理及代谢性状的影响,以发芽率、发芽势、叶绿素、可溶性糖和脂肪酸等相关指标,来筛选出适合黄芩种子萌发的条件。结果表明,光暗结合处理比黑暗处理更适合种子萌发,而全黑暗处理则明显抑制黄芩种子萌发,使其下胚轴伸长增加,光形态建成被抑制。在12 h光照+12 h黑暗处理中,黄芩种子的发芽率、发芽势和脂肪酸含量均显著高于其他两组处理;叶绿素和可溶性糖含量在16 h光照+8 h黑暗处理中积累最多。通过研究不同光照条件对种子萌发的影响,揭示了不同光照条件下黄芩种子萌发过程中代谢物的变化规律及积累模式,为黄芩种子萌发筛选出最佳条件,也为今后研究黄芩种子萌发提供实践依据。The effects of different light conditions(16 h light+8 h darkness,12 h light+12 h darkness,total darkness)on phenotypic,physiological and metabolic traits of Scutellaria baicalensis seeds were investigated to screen the suitable conditions for germination of Scutellaria baicalensis seeds by germination rate,germination potential,chlorophyll,soluble sugars and fatty acids and other related indexes.The results showed that the combined light and dark treatment were more suitable for seed germination than the dark treatment,while the total darkness treatment significantly inhibited seed germination of Scutellaria baicalensis,which increased hypocotyl elongation and inhibited photomorphogenesis.The germination rate,germination potential and fatty acid content of Scutellaria baicalensis seeds were significantly higher under 12 h light+12 h darkness than the other two treatments;chlorophyll and soluble sugar content were accumulated most under 16 h light+8 h darkness.By studying the effect of different light conditions on seed germination,the change pattern and accumulation pattern of metabolites during the germination of Scutellaria baicalensis seeds under different light conditions were revealed,and the best conditions for Scutellaria baicalensis seed germination were screened,which provided a practical basis for future research on Scutellaria baicalensis seed germination.
