摘 要:炉喉在径向上炉料分布的变化规律是高炉生产操作人员调控布料制度的重要法宝.通过建立一套可反映高炉装料过程的数学模型,获得了不同阶段的速度分布、料流轨迹及炉料径向位置分布信息;根据某公司4000级高炉的开炉实验实测数据回归得到了适用于其自身装料过程的预测模型,利用此模型定量分析了不同参数(物性参数、料线高度、溜槽角度)对炉料落点位置的影响程度;同时还获得了适用于现场人员快速获取矿石溜槽角度y_(ore)与落点位置x和料线高度H_(stockline)的对应关系式y_(ore)=(7.7205-0.6266H_(stockline))x+(7.95-0.0474H_(stockline)),以及焦炭溜槽角度y_(coke)与落点位置x和料线高度H_(stockline)的对应关系式y_(coke)=(7.7787-0.621H_(stockline))x+(7.0974+0.0874H_(stockline)).利用上述公式可快速获取落点位置x对应的溜槽角度y,既能避免现场人员凭借经验带来的误差,又能实现智能控制.该模型计算结果具有较好的理论与实践意义.The rule of the burden distribution in the radial direction of the furnace throat is the magic weapon for blast furnace(BF)operators to control the charging system.A mathematical model which can reflect the charging process of BF is established.The model can obtain the information of velocity distribution,burden trajectory and radial position distribution in different stages.According to the actual measurement data of 4000-level blast furnace in a certian company,a prediction model suitable is obtained for its own by the method of regression.By using this model,the physical parameters,stock line height and chute angle are quantitatively analyzed.At the same time,the corresponding relationship among falling position(x),stock line height(Hstockline)and chute angle(y)of ore and coke are obtained,these are,yore=(77205-06266Hstockline)x+(795-00474Hstockline)and ycoke=(77787-0621Hstockline)x+(70974+00874Hstockline),respctively.These formulas can provide a tool for operators to quickly calculate the falling position and chute angle.This avoids the errors brought by the experience of the field operators,so that it can achieve the effect of intelligent control,and the results can be used as a theoretical basis to guide plant operations for optimizing the charging modes.
