摘 要:建立了采用三同轴燃烧器的纯氧助燃高炉煤气铁水包烘烤三维燃烧模型,分析了不同氧气流量分配情况下包内流场及温度场的变化规律.结果表明:高温烟气在铁水包内沿旋涡循环流动进行烘烤,在不同的氧气流量分配比下,壁面温度变化不大,均达到1 410 K,可满足烘烤需要;调节氧气流量分配比,温度的不均匀度先减小后增加;当氧气流量分配比为60%时,温度均匀性最好,烘烤效果最佳,可节约56.3%的燃料量.A three-coaxial burner is selected to establish a three--dimensional combustion model for baking the iron ladle of pure oxygen-assisted blast furnace gas,and to analyze the changes of flow field and temperature field in the ladle under different oxygen distribution conditions.The results show that the high-temperature fumes are baked in the iron ladle along the vortex circulation flow with different oxygen distribution ratios and little change in wall temperature,all reaching 1410 K to meet the baking needs.Adjusting the oxygen distribution ratio,the temperature unevenness decreases first and then increases.When the internal and external oxygen flow distribution ratio Ro is 60%,the temperature uniformity is the best and the baking is the best,and the amount of fuel is saved up to 563%.
